ABSTRAK
Pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kedisiplinan Pegawai terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai Perusahaan Rotan PT Findora Internusa Cirebon.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai, pengaruh Kedisiplinan Pegawai terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai dan pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kedisiplinan Pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai.
Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Oktober 2005-Maret 2006, tujuan penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk menjelaskan kedudukan variable-variabel yang diteliti serta hubungan variable-variabel tersebut. Tiga variable yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah: Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Kedisiplinan Pegawai (X2) sebagai variable bebas dan Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai(Y) sebagai variable terikat. Untuk memperoleh data ketiga variable tersebut diambil sample sebanyak 62 orang (berdasarkan tingkat kesalahan 5%) dari jumlah seluruh pegawai PT Findora Internusa sebesar 620 orang.
Temuan penelitian adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai yang dijelaskan oleh koefisien korelasi r = – 0.36695, melalui model persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 67.0275 – 0.3309X1. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kedisiplinan Pegawai terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai yang dijelaskan oleh koefisien korelasi r = 0.4969, melalui model persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 24.3485 + 0.4463X2. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kedisiplinan Pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai yang dijelaskan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi berganda 0,5751 lebih besar dari r table 0,250 dan koefisien determinasi (R square) = 0,3307 melalui model persamaan regresi berganda Y = 41.581317 – 0.34782655X1 + 0.46342761X2. Uji Signifikansi koefisien korelasi berganda diperoleh F hitung 14,57745 dan F tabel 3,15 sehingga F hitung > F tabel maka Ho ditolak berarti terdapat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kedisiplinan Pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pegawai dan terbukti secara empiris.

ZAINAL ARIFIN YUR, The Influence between Leadership style and Employee’s discipline with Employee’s productivity at the Rattan company PT Findora Internusa Cirebon.
The objective of the research is to examine: (1) influence of leadership style to employee’s productivity; (2) influence of employee’s discipline to employee’s productivity; and (3) influence of both leadership style and employee’s discipline concurrently to employee’s productivity.
The research was conducted on October 2005-Maret 2006. This associative research aims to explain the status of variables observed and the influence among those variables. Three variables of this study are: leadership style (X1) and employee’s discipline (X2) as independent variable, and employee’s productivity (Y) as dependent variable. In order to obtain data of those variables, 62 people were observed as a sample (based on error level of 5%) from all 620 personnel of the Rattan company PT Findora Internusa Cirebon.
The results of this research show that: (1) There is a negative and significant correlation between leadership style and employee’s productivity, which described by correlation coefficient r = -0.36695, through a simple regression equation model Y = 67.0275 – 0.3309X1; (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between employee’s discipline and employee’s productivity, which described by correlation coefficient r = 0.4969, through a simple regression equation model Y = 24.3485 + 0.4463X2; and (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between both leadership style and employee’s discipline concurrently toward employee’s productivity, which described by the score of double correlation coefficient 0,5751 which is much bigger than r table 0,250 and determination coefficient (R square) = 0,3307 through a double regression equation model Y = 41.581317 – 0.34782655X1 + 0.46342761X2.
The significant test of double correlation coefficient shows that F count is 14,57745 and F table is 3,15. As F count > F table, so Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of both leadership style and employee’s discipline concurrently toward employee’s productivity, and it could be empirically proved.
