ABSTRAK
Pengaruh Tunjangan fungsional dan Jenjang Karir terhadap Kinerja Jaksa di Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh Tunjangan fungsional terhadap Kinerja Jaksa, pengaruh Jenjang Karir terhadap Kinerja Jaksa dan pengaruh Tunjangan fungsional dan Jenjang Karir secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Jaksa.
Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Oktober 2005 – Maret 2006, tujuan penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk menjelaskan kedudukan variable-variabel yang diteliti serta hubungan variable-variabel tersebut. Tiga variable yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah: Tunjangan fungsional (X1) dan Jenjang Karir (X2) sebagai variable bebas dan Kinerja Jaksa(Y) sebagai variable terikat. Untuk memperoleh data ketiga variable tersebut diambil sample sebanyak 52 orang (berdasarkan tingkat kesalahan 5%) dari jumlah seluruh Jaksa 90 orang penghuni Kejaksaan DKI Jakarta.
Temuan penelitian adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Tunjangan fungsional terhadap Kinerja Jaksa yang dijelaskan oleh koefisien korelasi r = 0.3736, melalui model persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 37.984 + 0.4178X1. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Jenjang Karir terhadap Kinerja Jaksa yang dijelaskan oleh koefisien korelasi r = 0.4089, melalui model persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 34.3358 + 0.4125X2
(3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Tunjangan fungsional dan Jenjang Karir secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Jaksa yang dijelaskan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi berganda 0.4348 lebih besar dari r table 0.275 dan koefisien determinasi (R square) = 0.18911 melalui model persamaan regresi berganda Y = 30.6357 + 0.290218 X1 + 0.21387 X2. Uji Signifikansi koefisien korelasi berganda diperoleh F hitung (5.7137) > F tabel (2,011) maka Ho ditolak berarti terdapat pengaruh Tunjangan fungsional dan Jenjang Karir secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Jaksa dan terbukti secara empiris.

ABSTRACT

SURADI, The Influence between Attorney’s functional aid and Career stage with Attorney’s performance at the supreme court in Jakarta.
The objective of the research is to examine: (1) influence of attorney’s functional aid to attorney’s performance ; (2) influence of career stage to attorney’s performance; and (3) influence of both attorney’s functional aid to career stage concurrently with attorney’s performance .
The research was conducted on October 2005 – March 2006. This associative research aims to explain the status of variables observed and the influence among those variables. Three variables of this study are: attorney’s functional aid (X1) and career stage (X2) as independent variable, and attorney’s performance (Y) as dependent variable. In order to obtain data of those variables, 52 people were observed as a sample (based on error level of 5%) from all 90 personnel of the supreme court in Jakarta.
The results of this research show that: (1) There is a positive and significant correlation between attorney’s functional aid and attorney’s performance , which described by correlation coefficient r = 0.3736, through a simple regression equation model Y = 37.984 + 0.4178X1; (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between career stage and attorney’s performance , which described by correlation coefficient r = 0.4089, through a simple regression equation model Y = 34.3358 + 0.4125X2; and (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between both attorney’s functional aid and career stage concurrently toward attorney’s performance , which described by the score of double correlation coefficient 0.4348 which is much bigger than r table 0.275 and determination coefficient (R square) = 0.18911 through a double regression equation model Y = 30.6357 + 0.290218 X1 + 0.21387 X2.
The significant test of double correlation coefficient shows that F count is 5.7137 and F table is 2,011. As F count > F table, so Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of both attorney’s functional aid and career stage concurrently toward attorney’s performance , and it could be empirically proved.
